The 4/14 Window refers to the demographic group from age four to fourteen years old, which is the most open and receptive to every form of spiritual and developmental input. 40% of the world's population is under the age of 20. The 4/14 Movement seeks to change the way we view children and to respond to their strategic importance and rightful place in His Kingdom.
Aim Lower is brought to you by the Global Children’s Forum [GCF]. We are a partnering network of over 100 organisations, large and small, local and international, who have come together around children and the gospel. We adhere to the Lausanne Covenant in matters of Christian belief and seek to live out God’s kingdom values in all we do.

Linking ministries among children from across Europe for relationship building, sharing of vision, strategies and resources, mutual encouragement and prayer, and evaluating the needs of the children of Europe.

The Lausanne Children at Risk issue network cares about the whole child—the entire intellectual, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being—and seeks ways to encourage their active participation in the church. The CAR network sees children at risk, in all of their complexity, as legitimate though vulnerable agents of God. The Good News is redemptive for the whole person, and we affirm that children at risk should be recipients of ministry, and can be included in God’s mission work, no matter their status in society.

Children and young people are the Church of today, not merely of tomorrow. Young people have great potential as active agents in God’s mission. They represent an enormous under-used pool of influencers with sensitivity to the voice of God and a willingness to respond to him. The Cape Town Commitment II-D-5
